Our stay was fantastic! The chalet was really nice and exactly as described. And the view from the balcony is one of the best things I’ve ever seen. Super convenient for the Großglockner high alpine road and a trip into the north of Italy. Hosts were very polite, chatty and friendly, especially when we bumped into them in a nearby restaurant. A wonderful, peaceful,stay in stunning surroundings. The highlight of the visit a six hour hike down the Molltaler Gletscher glacier. Wow! We loved every minute and could not recommend Babette as a host and her beautiful cabin more highly. Coming back for the ski season!

We had rented both houses for our team event. Both houses are modern and stylish. It was everything we needed in the house. The location and views are mega. Despite the location, everything can also be reached quickly by foot.

The villa is beautiful, modern, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything related to the villa was perfect, from the parking space for four cars to the spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The living room with the fireplace and kitchen added to the overall enjoyment. The terrace and garden with a barbecue are a special highlight, where we spent most of our time, enjoying the stunning view. We would definitely return again.

The best host of Airbnb that we ever met: warm and friendly. The house is like a castle, it's very peculiar and set in a quiet place; you are literally surrounded by nature and we were lucky enough to see the stars were well at night It doesn't take much by car if you want to visit the Kaerten lakes from there, and cities like Spittal and Lienz. Staying in this house was just amazing. It's much nicer in reality than the pictures. Especially the large windows make the stay so special – be it at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things like salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tablets or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that he really cares about making his guests feel comfortable – thank you for that. A special extra: the pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in summer, you can look forward to a completely new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

Beautiful quiet place. Heidi-Alm ski slopes are about 2 minutes by car. An ideal resort for small children. The chalet is fully equipped, everything was set up, we didn't miss anything. We loved our vacation and would love to come back for a summer vacation. Christine is a great host. We can only recommend to everyone and thank Christine very much for the beautiful winter break.

A very great place to stay on two floors with a wonderful oven in a magnificent area. The view from the large balcony going over the corner is also great. We will definitely come back to explore more alpine pastures and lakes in the area. Leonie and Bart were excellent hosts!

We had a traffic complication at check in and that's why we were driving late. It wasn't a problem either (we apologized on the phone). The hosts occupy the upper floors and welcomed us very warmly. They also prepared a welcome gift for us in the form of fresh food for breakfast and a Carinthian beer for refreshment along a strenuous journey. Throughout the stay, the hosts were very welcoming and gave us tips on local highlights. They are active people who like dogs (they have a brown labrador). They played with our dog. Hygienically, there was no overwhelming luxury and the location of the basement apartment was evident. Otherwise, absolutely perfect. Especially the layout. Two bedrooms and a living room from each of this room large french doors to the great garden that we had all at our disposal. At the end of the garden a typical mountain river with clean and cool water. We used it for bathing and splashing (just swimming in the stream). A kitchen fully equipped with dishes and an electric kettle. Coffee dripper. Toaster.

The apartment is in a very quiet environment, is comfortably furnished & has a great view of the mountains. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and always had a nice contact with each other. We can recommend the apartment without hesitation.

Fantastic family vacation in the middle of the mountains! We were warmly welcomed by the hostess Elisabeth and were able to check in flexibly by short arrangement. The Cosy Alpin apartment offers enough space for the 3 of us and is simply super nice and cozily furnished - the direct view of the mountains completes this perfectly. The outdoor area (fireplace, conservatory, dog area) is also designed with a lot of love for detail and invites you to cozy hours under the enchanting starry sky. We received great tips for excursions in the area and otherwise you could contact Elisabeth at any time. Thank you for the hospitality - it was a completely successful holiday. Great accommodation for a quick getaway. We spent 3 days 'above the same' and explored the area on foot and by bike. A beautiful mountain landscape!

The apartment was as in the photos, very clean, we felt very comfortable. The only downside: you have very little storage space, both in the wardrobe and in the kitchen. Also the check-in worked smoothly. All well described, communication 1A. We would recommend it and come back again!

We had a great family holiday. The home is beautiful, especially the annex with the more modern kitchen and long table. The view from the main bathroom is breathtaking, especially at sunrise. Due to the many spacious rooms, it is always possible to be on your own.
