The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The Carinthian-style house is quietly located on a hill with a dream view over the lake (5 minutes away by car) and the surrounding mountains. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends and extends over 3 floors (200 m² + terrace + garden). The living area with marble floor and wooden ceiling is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated with underfloor heating and solar air system.

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

This cozy apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. The heart of this is the spacious living room with comfortable seating area (sofa bed) and dining table as well as the south-facing window front overlooking our local mountain "Goldeck." The covered balcony offers space to relax outdoors! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave), two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/bathtub as well as a separate toilet.
