This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. It is located in the center, by the sea - on the main street of the city. You can use the free Wi-Fi. The harbor, train station, bus station, stadium, palace and the beaches are located not far from the accommodation. "Pazar" - the old daily market place is 7- 10 minutes walk. Fresh fruits, vegetables and other food, plus supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are there. You can easily make a daily trip to the islands, or some other near-by towns.
