Holiday rentals with a patio in São Paulo

Very nice and totally safe condominium, clean, organized with 24-hour concierge. The apartment is exactly as offered on the app. Clean, with clean, fragrant bedding and pillows. Clean refrigerator. Simple instructions for using appliances. A great area for washing and drying clothes. Quick, kind service from the Host, we liked it very much and we will certainly come back and recommend it. Tip: A larger mirror in the hallway, as the bathroom mirror is small and high. We felt at home. Thank you!

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

The ground floor apartment is large and with everything it takes to spend pleasant days. The neighborhood is very polite and the location is close to universities, pharmacy, supermarket (next door) and good restaurants. I certainly intend to return.

Great cost-benefit, safe place and furniture all bespoke, very good. And another point we liked was that in the condominium there is a 24h autonomous market, so you don't have to leave the condominium for quick shopping

Very quiet and safe place, beach access very close, kitchen with various utensils, during the stay exchanged the microwave for a new one, wifi worked well for homeoffice. Apps maps and waze do not direct the address to the correct location and the D concierge was closed because of works, had to return and access through another concierge.

Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

Simply wonderful house, impeccable cleanliness, high-quality bedding, hand towels in every bathroom, impeccable furniture, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything, everything, everything! I've never seen such clean and shiny pots! The only thing is the barbecue that was dirty and with food leftovers from the previous stay, but that was just a detail that, in view of the whole set of work, ended up being small, we cleaned it and that was it! The experience was fantastic, whenever I come to São Thomé das Letras I want to stay at Casa Maciel! Thanks Adriana for hosting us so well!

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. wonderful apartment,identical to the one in the photo, has plenty of places to eat nearby, market, pharmacy etc. only the beach that can't go on foot because I found kkkkkk over uber of less than 10 reais, other than that was all wonderful

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.
