Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Due to its secluded location and the large garden surrounded by an old tree population, it is an ideal place to relax. Pure nature! Perfect for a relaxing weekend in the countryside for yoga and meditation groups, families with children or family reunions. In the attic there is a beautiful 75 m² yoga room equipped with mats and meditation cushions. From Hamburg it is a 40-minute drive by car and the North Sea can also be reached in 40 minutes.

My place is close to Stade, Cuxhaven and the North Sea. You can enjoy great views, dikes and the Elbe. Our region is perfect for resting from the city noise, relaxing, and there are also great bike paths and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Krummendeich is a great starting point for - whether to Duhnen, Otterndorf or the Altes Land, everything is easily accessible.

Lovely room-quiet area- 25 minutes to city center

This area is in the outskirts of Hamburg. However the city center is only 25 minutes away. There is a parking lot right in front of the house. You can reach the bus within 4 minutes. The next subway station, Meiendorfer Weg (blue line, U1) is about 15 minutes by foot. The forrest not only offers a climbing park, but is also a great opportunity for a morning jog or an afternoon walk.
