Our apartment is located on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which can be reached in about 5-7 minutes on foot, to the city center it takes about 20 minutes on foot, to the Baltic Sea by car about 25 minutes.

It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.
