Our apartment is located on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sun breakfast or end a beautiful beach day with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which can be reached in about 5-7 minutes on foot, to the city center it takes about 20 minutes on foot, to the Baltic Sea by car about 25 minutes.

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

A small 38 sqm apartment in the thatched roof house with shower bath, kitchen, breakfast and workstation as well as wallbox. Lots of peace, beautiful nature and fast internet. A garden with barbecue area for exclusive use. Kiel can be reached in 15 minutes by car or after a 15-minute walk and 15-minute train ride. The swimming area of Westensee can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Baltic Sea beach in Kiel-Schilksee is 27 km away. Your electric car can be charged at the wallbox.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. In this apartment you can start your rest from day one with a relaxed view of the lake. For excursions into nature, you can cycle from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or paddle with the SUP or paddle boat you brought. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. You can log in to Netflix & Co with your own account on the TV. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiels. The quiet apartment building is located in a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We try to keep the apartment beautiful and modern all the time.
