Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The cottage is cozy decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fire pit that makes the cabin even more cozy if possible. Wifi is available. The newly built small guest house is located at Birka Strand in Ås, about 1 mile outside Östersund. The view is out of the ordinary with a view of the main lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned surface. In the house there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Cosy cottage by the Great Lake

Relax in this unique and quiet home located only 15 min from Östersund and 25 min from Åre/Östersund airport. 1h drive to Åre or Bydalen. The cottage is located on the south-facing shore of the Great Lake. Bedlinen and towels is included in the price. Friggebod with 4 extra beds. Canoe and wood-fired hot tub are available to rent for an additional cost and as agreed. Wood is not included in the price. Available for purchase at, for example, gas stations. Lakeside cottage

Relax with family in this charming cottage, situated in a quiet and secluded area with stunning views and private grounds. Only 100 meters from the lake with jetty and barbecue area, it is an ideal place to relax. There is a small boat with engine and oars available on request . Also two kayaks if required . Åre is located 1.5 hours away and Vemdalen as well as Bydalsfjällen in one hour, which provides easy access to fantastic excursions all year round. Pets are welcome! Dog farm is available.

Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Scenic small guesthouse on horse farm by the lake

A small perfect getaway in rural environment close to the city. The room shows an amazing view over Östersund city, Frösön and the lake. The appartment is newly built and fresh. Perfect for 1-2 persons staying for a while, or up to 4 persons if you just need somewhere to sleep. You will be surrounded by nature and animals. The cabin is situated in our garden. If you are in to horses we can offer tours with horse and carriage, or horseback riding.

Lakeside holiday home with mountain view

This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!

Fresh house where you can enjoy proximity to nature and lake. 10 km to Östersund and 90 km to Åre. Peaceful natural area where you can go for a walk, swim or forest bath!
