Welcome to a cosy and modern cottage in the Jutland mountains! The cottage is located at walking distance (about 10 minutes) to Gräftåvallens ski resort. At the ski resort, there is Fjällgården with a good restaurant and little proximity. For more downhill skiing there is Bydalen about 20 min by car. The cottage is situated at the end of a dead end - hence little car traffic in the area. On the way to the snowmobile trail just behind the Cabin. Proximity to hiking, fishing and berry picking. Swimming beach and fishing in Häggsåssjön about 7 km.

Brattland bike/ski lodge is located scenic above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking available at the houses. By car, it is 10 minutes to the village. If you want to take a bus, you get down to the stop at E14. You can bring skis or board the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, go dog sledding, rent a snowmobile and a variety of other activities. Relax with family in this charming cottage, situated in a quiet and secluded area with stunning views and private grounds. Only 100 meters from the lake with jetty and barbecue area, it is an ideal place to relax. There is a small boat with engine and oars available on request . Also two kayaks if required . Åre is located 1.5 hours away and Vemdalen as well as Bydalsfjällen in one hour, which provides easy access to fantastic excursions all year round. Pets are welcome! Dog farm is available.

Lakeside holiday home with mountain view

This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!

Renovated 19th century house in rural and quiet environment

Cottage beautifully situated on the former farm. Beautiful and quiet location about 4 mil southwest of Östersund. It is close to the mountains, forest areas and the Great Sea. The farm is 600 meters from the village center with Ica shop, pastry shop, pizzeria, petrol station, health center and more. The house is next to the house we live in and is surrounded by a large lawn on a growing yard plot where you have access to your own patio.

Eget boende i mindre lägenhet på 20m2 belägen på Frösön 1km från Östersund Centrum. Lägenheten har våningsäng á 95cm och utrustad med kokvrå och alla nödvändiga tillbehör. Parkering finns ej i direkt anslutning till boendet men det finns oftast platser efter vägen Fråga gärna om ni behöver hjälp med tips på restauranger etc. Välkomna!
