Welcome to our newly built mountain cottage with ski in/ski out to Vemdalsskalet's ski system. The house is located on Klockarfjället with Väst Express as the nearest lift. From here, you can easily get to the entire ski system with long fine slopes with different degrees of difficulty. Nice long tracks can also be found about 100 meters from the house. The area is super cozy with the proximity to hills and the mountain. In the summer there are lots of different activities such as mountain hiking trails, famous waterfalls (Fettjeåfallet) and bike trails.

Up to 8 people. In this beautiful, design-drawn lake house, you can enjoy Jämtland's nature completely undisturbed. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Approximately 20 minutes from Östersund & about 1 hour to Årefjällen or Bydalsfjällen. Made beds, towels & coffee can already be found in the house. (Car required) Interested in more service from us? Summertime also a good starting point for beautiful hikes. Animals are also welcome here! Built in 2022. 78 sqm. Full kitchen and fireplace, sauna, washing machine. Plenty of parking spaces and access to a charging station. Check in at 3 p.m., check out at 11 am Departure cleaning is not included. Bed linens and towels are not included.

Ski In/ Ski out in Gräftåvallens ski system as well as about 15 minutes to Sweden's fifth largest ski system in Bydalen and just over the hour to Sweden's best and largest ski system in Åre. In Gräftåvallen, Sweden's largest ski club is located and, directly adjacent to the cabin, there are 45 km prepared ski tracks. The cottage has everything needed for a ski holiday with large living areas, fireplace and sauna.

At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.
