Here you live cozily with a fireplace, functional and spacious kitchen, most beds (6) distributed in two bedrooms on the upper floor. Slalom is only a few minutes away and cross-country trails are available both in the village and on top of Klövsjöfjäll. The hot tub is lovely and firewood is included in the rent. Ice fishing equipment is available. In winter, the road is plowed down to the house if necessary and a winter-equipped car is a prerequisite for getting around smoothly.

Large charming holiday home on the edge of the mountain with a lovely view of the Storsjö area. In the house, there are all the amenities that make the accommodation easy and pleasant. In winter, it is a stone's throw to the ski slope and access to cross-country ski trails as well as snowmobile trails in absolute proximity. During the summer season, you can hike directly up the mountain. Bydalsfjällen is 20 minutes' drive away with a wide range of activities. After a day of activities, it's nice to relax in the Jacuzzi on the balcony.

Perfect for the family, friends or a relaxing weekend just the two of you in front of the fireplace and the nice view. Ski in, ski out for cross-country skiing - where the cabin's sauna awaits after finishing the ride. A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise tracks and excursions. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (ICA), gas station (OKQ8), café is located in the village of Mörsil.

Relax in this unique and quiet home located only 15 min from Östersund and 25 min from Åre/Östersund airport. 1h drive to Åre or Bydalen. The cottage is located on the south-facing shore of the Great Lake. Linen and towels is included in the price. Friggebod with 4 extra beds. Canoe and wood-fired hot tub are available to rent for an additional cost and as agreed. Firewood is not included in the price. Available for purchase at, for example, gas stations. Villa in family-friendly Sånghusvallen, just outside Östersund. It sleeps 4-5 people with room for more. With soccer goals, countless footballs, trampoline and hot tub on the spacious terrace, there is something to do for most in the family. In the garden you will also find fresh spices, strawberries, wild strawberries and other small and good summer time. We moved in late 2020 so we dare say that the property corresponds to the vast majority of expectations you can have on a newly built house.

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Located within a 30 minutes drive from Östersunds citylife and pristine wilderness of Oviken Mountains you find Bjärme lined up by forests and open fields. The cabin has a modern Scandinavian feel to it and you can literally enjoy the northern lights during the winters right on your doorstep. Next to the cabin, you'll find a private jacuzzi. For extra peace and relaxation, you can also book the wood-fired sauna — the perfect retreat for unwinding and enjoying tranquility.

It is close to the city centre, these homes provide a perfect place for winter and summer activities. The slopes are only 400 metres away, so you can ski all the way to the house ( at a certain snow depth).

Back to nature? Away from work and the crowd? When you arrive at our home you will enjoy the enormous space and tranquility. At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.
