The accommodation has a nice atmosphere and is very pleasant, beautiful, unique and spacious as well as well-organized and practical. Five spacious rooms with up to 11 beds, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with washing machine, ski boot dryers, electric drying rack. Nicely located by the river and St Olavsleden/pilgrim trail, 30-minute drive to several mountain villages in Åre municipality. With nearby illuminated trails/cross-country ski trails and fishing waters. The entire accommodation is rented out and as a bed/breakfast (there is another listing with 5 places).

Free parking, free wifi, 3 different ski reasons in the vicinity, one called Åre (8 miles), as well as Gräftåvallen and Bydalen (2.8 miles). All three places are quite popular. In the area there is ICA shop, pastry shop, restaurant, tourist office, library, hairdresser, ceramics shop, gift items, snowmobile association, possibility to fish, hunt, walk in the forest or go cross-country skiing etc. Close to air and train station, very good traffic communication. Nice environment and very nice nature experience.

Charming old house in beautiful Grimnäs located on Lake Revsund. The house is modern but like all old houses it has its beauty flaws. The house provides a lovely home feel with its 100 square meters. Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and cycling are around the corner. Good as a base for both winter and summer excursions. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and the nice view. Nice patio with large lawn available in the back. The tribal estate is on the same farm. Cats have been in the home.

Big livingroom with great headroom and lots of music instruments and hifi. Peace and tranqulity is outstanding togheter with chickens and cheeps during summer. The Stuga is our guest house in the garden, available when it's not to cold. It's a simple little cottage without running water. There is space for 2 guests. One bed on the floor and one bed under the roof. The bathroom is in the main house.
