Beds and breakfast in inviting old vicarage!

The accommodation has a nice atmosphere and is very comfortable, beautiful, unique and spacious as well as well organized and practical. Five spacious rooms with up to 11 beds, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with washing machine, shoe dryer, electric drying rack. Nicely located by the river and St Olavsleden/pilgrim trail, 30 min drive to several mountain towns in Åre municipality. With nearby illuminated tracks/cross-country ski tracks and fishing waters. For rent throughout the property and as a bed/breakfast (there is another listing with 5 places).

Simple but complete accommodation in connection with fantastic sports facilities. Cross-country skiing trails, Artificial grass pitch for football, ice rink, curling hall, gym & sports hall! You live in your own room and share a toilet/shower and kitchen with any other guests. Clean and fresh! Charming old house in beautiful Grimnäs located on Lake Revsund. The house is modern but like all old houses it has its beauty flaws. The house provides a lovely home feel with its 100 square meters. Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and cycling are around the corner. Good as a base for both winter and summer excursions. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and the nice view. Nice patio with large lawn available in the back. The tribal estate is on the same farm. Cats have been in the home.

In a detached guesthouse of approx. 60sqm, on our farm, you can enjoy panoramic views of Åreskutan and Kallsjön. The flat has its own entrance, divided over two floors with entrance hall, shower room, exit to pool deck on the groundfloor. The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner. It's a light and airy space in very quiet, peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep.

Our guesthouse is a former musicstudio, now rebuildt with one master bedroom and a loft with six beds. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Big livingroom with great headroom and lots of music instruments and hifi. Peace and tranqulity is outstanding togheter with chickens and cheeps during summer.
