Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Access to your own lakeside newly built villa in quiet wooded area at the end of dead end street. Lovely by lake view and horizon. Spacious driveway with free charging for an electric car. Large socializing spaces both inside and out on the terrace in all directions. Gas grill on the terrace. 80 meters to the barbecue area down by the water and about 300 meters to the large jetty with beach. 4-5 bedrooms, 2xWc & showers. Sleeps up to 10 people with extra mattresses and sofa.

Spacious house on two floors with sleeping accommodations for 8 people divided into 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from the living room. Floor 1 has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Floor 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

Entire house with undisturbed location by the lake, wood-burning sauna cabin and own jetty for morning coffee, swimming and fishing. Large plot with trampoline, space for play and socializing. Fireplace. In the immediate area there are the larger alpine destinations. Grocery store within walking distance. Summertime offers mountain hiking, waterfalls, golf in Klövsjö and many other excursion destinations. Outdoor pools at the campsite. In winter, the ice offers pimpling and cross-country trails.

Welcome to our beautiful family home located just ten minutes from Scandinavia’s largest ski resort, Åre. We are in a rural setting, with fantastic open views of the landscape including river Indalsälven. We can offer you complete privacy and serenity. The house has a large open-plan combined kitchen/living area with high ceilings. Out the front, towards the river is an extensive deck with a beautiful view. Our wooden fire sauna is free for all guests to use but has to be booked in advance.

A peaceful oasis where you can connect with proximity to the magnificent Jämtland nature.

Former vicarage for rent on Frösön

Our home is located next to Frösö Church with great views of Storsjön and the mountain world. The house was former vicarage but is converted into two flats. We temporarily rent out the larger, about 300 m2, spread over two floors. In summer there are several cafes within walking distance or choose the golf courses one kilometer away or visit the composer Wilhelm Peterson-Berger's home Sommarhagen. A number of floor beds can be supplemented if required.
