Welcome to our newly renovated, family-friendly summer cottage on our farm in Offerdal. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful life close to nature, with mountains, forests and lakes nearby – perfect for both relaxation and excursions. On the farm, there are cows, a horse and a cat, which are usually enjoyed by both children and adults. In the summer, there are cosy cafés within walking or cycling distance, as well as lovely swimming spots, fishing waters and forests teeming with berries and mushrooms. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linen is provided, or it can be hired for SEK 60 per set.

Small house near the stadium and city

Practical attic house of 30 sqm in a quiet residential area a stone's throw from the stadium, close to the forest and the big lake but at the same time close to the city. On our property, there is a newly built guest house. Fully furnished with kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is complete with an oven, two induction stovetops, kitchen fan and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine with a drying function. There is a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a sleeping loft with two 90 cm mattresses. The loft has a ladder up and is suitable and cozy for children.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Move into the old school cafeteria where the church's students ate their school lunch in the 1940s and 1950s. The wood stove that crackles in the kitchen is the same one the lunch lady cooked lunch on. She herself lived on the upper floor and we offer her kitchen with adjacent bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the old timber building. Outside, you can enjoy mountain views or visit Frösön's beautiful church, which is next to the rectory where the host couple live with their dogs and cats.

Key box is available for easy check-in and check-out. Close by car to skiing, cycling, fishing and other mountain activities. About 20-30 minutes by car to: Åre, Tegefjäll, Duved, Huså, Trillevallen and Edsåsdalen. About 45-60 minutes by car to: Östersund, Bydalen, Ottsjö, Vålådalen, Storlien, Anjan and Kolåsen.

Vår nybyggda timmerstuga ligger med magisk utsikt över Storsjön, med hästhagarna som granne och bondgårdslivet med djur och natur in på knuten. Östersunds stadskärna finns nära, bara 10 minuter bort. Stugan består av 3 rum: 1 sovrum med dubbelsäng , 1 separat del med 1 våningssäng och en bäddsoffa. Det tredje rummet är ett allrum med kök. Vill du umgås närmare med djuren så erbjuder vi ridning för både vana och ovana ryttare.

Special feature: A kennel complex with 4 large kennels (3-4 dogs each) can be booked! Relax in this special and family-friendly accommodation and enjoy the peace and quiet, drive to the nearby Bydalen or use the integrated sauna. Too boring? No problem, on request the landlord offers individual adventures with his sled dogs! Sleddogstrails will be prepared as well.

Many who have stayed with us point out the calm/quiet. We also have a babbling brook that runs next to the cottage that creates a soothing sound that our guests have pointed out and enjoy. Wi-Fi is available in the cabin. The cottage is located on our house property with a nice location, a 15-minute drive from Östersund. The cottage has 2 single beds (see photos) and a sofa bed. Private kitchen, shower/toilet. Underfloor heating. Parking in our driveway.

Simple accommodation! Cottage with seaside plot 3.5 km from central Östersund. Countryside cottage situated on a large plot near forest and hiking area and close to sandy beach. In the yard there are hens and sheep. In the accommodation there is a kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and water In a bucket. No running water. bedroom with possibility of three beds. outdoor toilet. Shower facilities are not available!

Cozy cottage by the Great Lake

Cozy cottage really close to the Great Lake, situated in a small villa neighborhood near Östersund, the cute little gastronomy town amongst the mountains. A heaven for foodies and sporties. The cottage is located in our yard, twenty meters from the main house and thirty meters from the lake. The property is fenced in and we have loose friendly dogs in the yard. Car is required.

Welcome to our cozy 25 sqm cottage overlooking Storsjön and Östersund. You can get into central Östersund by car or bus. It takes about 10 minutes by car. Parking is available directly adjacent to the accommodation. Near the house, there is a snowmobile trail that takes you up to the Svartsjöarna outdoor area.
