Guest apartment in courtyard house built in 2022 with a high coziness factor! On the lower floor is the entrance hall, toilet and shower. Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, microwave and refrigerator) and two sleeping alcoves - one with two 80 cm beds and the other with two 70 cm beds, which can be put together to make double beds. Sofa and TV in one of the sleeping alcoves. Office space for connecting computer to screen and WiFi. Nice hiking terrain behind the house with a road down to Helgesjön (2 km) and a snowmobile trail to Fröå mine (8 km).

Convenient apartment building of 30 sqm in quiet residential area a stone's throw from the stadium, close to the forest and the main lake but at the same time close to the city. On our site is a new built guesthouse. Fully decorated with kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen complete with oven, two induction tiles, kitchen fan and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine with drying function. It is a bedroom with a piece of 160 cm bed and a sleeping loft with two 90 cm mattresses. The loft with a ladder up and suitable and cozy for children.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Move into the old school cafeteria where the church's students ate their school lunch during the day in the 40s and 50s. The wood stove that crackles in the kitchen is the same one on which the mother cooked lunch. She lived upstairs and we offer her kitchen with adjoining bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the old timber building. Outside, you can enjoy the mountain view or visit Frösön's beautiful church, which is next to the rectory where the host couple live with their dogs and cats.

Make new memories in this unique and family-friendly space. Newly renovated summer cottage in our farmhouse in Offerdal. It is close to mountains, forest and lakes. There are many cozy excursions to explore. In the yard, there are also cows, horses and cats. In the summer, cozy coffee is available to visit within walking or biking distance. Nice swimming areas, fishing waters, berries and mushroom forests can be found nearby. We provide quilts & pillows. Bed linens bring the guest themselves or rent from us for 60 SEK/set

Cosy log cabin with 5 beds. Walking distance to grocery store, lake swimming/fishing, forest trails and buses/trains to Åre/Östersund. Kitchen facilities, shower and dry toilet. Steep stairs to upper floor, not suitable for small children, elderly or disabled people. The cabin is situated on a small farm in the village of Nälden. You might be woken up by the sound of a rooster, horses or our bees. 70 km (1 h drive) from Åre, 30 km (30 min drive) from Östersund. Welcome to Lornsgården 🌞

Many who have stayed with us point out the calm/quiet. We also have a babbling brook that flows next to the cottage that creates a soothing sound that our guests have pointed out and like. WiFi is available in the cabin. Cottage is located on our house plot with nice location 15 min drive from Östersund. The cottage has 2 single beds (see photos) and a sofa bed. Own kitchen, shower/toilet. Underfloor heating. Parking on our driveway.

Cozy cottage by the Great Lake

Cozy cottage really close to the Great Lake, situated in a small villa neighborhood near Östersund, the cute little gastronomy town amongst the mountains. A heaven for foodies and sporties. The cottage is located in our yard, twenty meters from the main house and thirty meters from the lake. The property is fenced in and we have loose friendly dogs in the yard. Car is required.

Welcome to our cozy 25 sqm cottage overlooking Storsjön and Östersund. You can get into central Östersund by car or bus. It takes about 10 minutes by car. Parking is available directly adjacent to the accommodation. Near the house, there is a snowmobile trail that takes you up to the Svartsjöarna outdoor area.

Cozy, log cabin. Downstairs, there is a kitchen with fridge and freezer, dining area, toilet and shower. Upstairs, two beds that are 120 centimeters wide each and a mattress to put on the floor if needed. The cottage is pet-free and smoking is not allowed. Washing machine available in nearby building.
