Small house near the stadium and city

Convenient apartment building of 30 sqm in quiet residential area a stone's throw from the stadium, close to the forest and the main lake but at the same time close to the city. On our site is a new built guesthouse. Fully decorated with kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen complete with oven, two induction tiles, kitchen fan and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine with drying function. It is a bedroom with a piece of 160 cm bed and a sleeping loft with two 90 cm mattresses. The loft with a ladder up and suitable and cozy for children.

Bryggstuga on the vicarage

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Move into the old school cafeteria where the church's students ate their school lunch during the day in the 40s and 50s. The wood stove that crackles in the kitchen is the same one on which the mother cooked lunch. She lived upstairs and we offer her kitchen with adjoining bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the old timber building. Outside, you can enjoy the mountain view or visit Frösön's beautiful church, which is next to the rectory where the host couple live with their dogs and cats.

There are many cozy excursions to explore. In the yard, there are also cows, horses and cats. In the summer, cozy coffee is available to visit within walking or biking distance. Guest apartment outside villa 2,7 km from downtown Östersund. Apartment with 1 room with sofa bed 120 cm, kitchenette, fridge, microwave, shower and toilet. Plan garden in quiet area. The property is next door to Östersundstravet, 800 meters to Storsjöbadet and camping and about 1 km to Lillänge shopping center. Duvet covers, pillows and cleaning equipment are available. Please bring your own bedding. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent bed linen and towels (SEK 50/person).

Lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt över sjön och centrala Östersund. Lägenheten är smakfullt inredd i skandinavisk stil med ljusa färger. Här finns stora fönster med sittplatser där man kan vila blicken över Storsjön, se solnedgången eller spana över Östersunds stadsvy. Lägenheten har alla bekvämligheter du behöver. Från lägenheten är det nära till sjön och skogen med fina promenadstigar. Du tar dig centrala Östersund bäst med bil, det ca 10 minuter.

Cabin next to lake, including bed linens.

Många som bott hos oss påpekar lugnet/tystnaden. Vi har även en pålande bäck som rinner intill stugan som skapar ett lugnande ljud som våra gäster påpekat och tycker om. WiFi finns i stugan. Stuga ligger på vår hustomt med trevlig belägenhet 15 min biltur från Östersund. Stugan har 2 enkel sängar (se foton) och en bäddsoffa. Eget kök, dusch/toalett. Golvvärme. Parkering på vår uppfart.

Cozy cottage by the Great Lake

Cozy cottage really close to the Great Lake, situated in a small villa neighborhood near Östersund, the cute little gastronomy town amongst the mountains. A heaven for foodies and sporties. The cottage is located in our yard, twenty meters from the main house and thirty meters from the lake. The property is fenced in and we have loose friendly dogs in the yard. Car is required.

Parking is available directly adjacent to the accommodation. Near the house, there is a snowmobile trail that takes you up to the Svartsjöarna outdoor area.
