Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

The surroundings of our accommodation are characterized on the one hand by the immediate proximity to nature. Forest and mountains offer countless opportunities for hikes and mountain tours of various difficulty levels. In winter, all ski resorts, cross-country skiing and toboggan runs are not far away. On the other hand, it is the nearby Innsbruck that has a lot to offer.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. Located in Fulpmes, the modern holiday apartment "Robi" offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain. The 85 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, a fan as well as a smart TV with streaming services. A baby crib and a high chair are available on request.

From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps.
