The rooms are all spacious, the apartment as a whole has about 100 m2 plus a large terrace on the south and west side. The village centre is about 15 minutes away. There are many hiking, cycling and, in winter, cross-country and downhill skiing opportunities (Hochzillertal/Zillertalarena, Gerlos) and a wonderful outdoor swimming pool in Stumm.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
