The cottage is fully equipped with 10 beds spread over two floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with space for 10 people. Welcome to Riphyddan, located 880 meters above sea level, est. 1977 in unique Fjällnäs, 6 km from the Norwegian border. A genuine hand-hewn timber house just below the tree line with unique views of Lake Malmagen, Bolagskammen and Storvigeln 1586 meters above sea level. Enjoy the detached wood-fired sauna. In summer, you can hike directly out on the hill or take a boat trip and fish. In winter, Nordic Ski Center is in direct access from the cottage with wonderful tours on the mountain or downhill skiing in Freeride Paradise in Tänndalen, just 3 km away

The lodge is located near Storhogna M where there is a restaurant, ski rental, self-service grocery store and bowling. 2 km away is the mountain hotel with spa and more restaurants.

The cabin has 3 floors and is equipped with all conceivable comforts, such as a stove, outdoor hot tub and sauna. The area is peaceful with cross-country ski trails nearby. From the cottage you have a wonderful view of the Sälen valley and ski slopes. A 5 min drive or 25 min walk takes you to Lindvallen with Sälen's largest ski area, grocery stores, restaurants, aqualand. There's 600 meters to the ski bus.
