Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a place for you who love the atmosphere of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in the shell of an old house, I recommend choosing a hotel.

Cozy appartement next to the forest and sporting areas in a calm housing area. Combined porch entrance with the house, own locked door to upstairs fully furnished apartment. Kauppi sport areas are right next door, trails and paths are right next to the house. House is for sale, so realtor and buyers might need to see tha apartment during your stay. Bus stops both ways within 50m of the house, busses every 30min. 30min walk to the city center. Plenty of parking space in the yard and roadside.

Bus stops are less than 200m away and Tampere centrum by car in 20min. The airport is less than 6km away. Easy and fast connections in every direction. Free parking. The windowless bedroom has 2 single beds and a bunk bed. In the living room has a double sofa bed. It is possible to have a baby cot.

A scenic island that can be reached by car. There are no other cottages on the private island. Grazing is available for any horse(s) of guests staying at Kuninkuusravi for an additional fee. Quiet events, such as family celebrations, can also be held at the property (NO parties, wild stag/hen dos, etc.). The terrace of over 100 m2 offers great views of Lake Näsijärvi.
