Feeling of old times with modern basic needs in a perfect location near city center, forest area of Kauppi, Lake Näsijärvi and Areena. Viihtyisästi sisustettu huoneisto rauhallisella ja idyllisellä puutaloalueella lähellä keskustaa. Asunnossa on erillinen keittiö, wc/kylpyhuone, eteinen, makuualkovi parivuoteella ja olohuoneessa vuodesohva. Soveltuu perheillekin. Areenalle bussilla nro 11 5min.

Unique apartment right next to the city center!

Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

Makuuhuoneessa mukava parivuode, olohuoneessa leveä vuodesohva, varastosta 2 varapatjaa ja pinnasänky pienimmälle. Viilennysilmastoinnin ansiosta asunnon saa kesähelteilläkin miellyttävän viileäksi. Samassa rakennuksessa mainio ravintola ja lähistöllä monia hyviä ruokapaikkoja. Teatterit, elokuvat, konserttisalit, uimahalli, keila-biljardihalli, Metso-kirjasto vieressä, Särkänniemi ja Nokia Arena kävelyetäisyydellä. Juna- ja bussiasemille vartin kävely tai ratikalla muutamassa minuutissa.

Hyvät kulkuyhteydet keskustaan, yliopistolle ja Nokia-areenalle n. 10 min jalkaisin. Ideaali 4-5 henkilölle omalla makuutilalla, mutta taloon mahtuu yöpymään jopa 10 henkeä. Tämä on kohde sinulle, joka rakastat vanhan talon tunnelmaa. Jos ajattelet, että tämä on hotelli vanhan talon kuoressa, suosittelen valitsemaan hotellin.
