Quinta da Abelha is a bed and breakfast in the Algarve of Portugal. Run by us, Jan and Linda van der Bij. We moved to Portugal in 2015. With the bed & breakfast we have fulfilled our long-time dream to start an adventure abroad.  After a search of one year we bought an old fruit plantation near the small town of Laranjeiro. After an extensive renovation our project is complete. And we look forward to greet you as our guest in the oasis of peace that we have created.

Casa na Colina is located in the hilly corner of the Algarve. The guest house is located about 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Ria Formosa in Fuseta and Olhao. It is a lovingly restored country house with contemporary standards. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and built-in wardrobes, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and its own wardrobe, living space approx. 82 sqm, with 3 air-conditioning units, pool: 12 x 5 m, privacy also in garden and pool area

The apartment, with an area of 50m², consists of a living room with kitchenette and separate bedroom with bathroom en-suite. Our beds are from the Dutch brand Caresse™, a guarantee for a good night's sleep. The terrace (16m²), flows into a cozy garden. The luxurious bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and two separate sinks. Each room has its own air conditioning units, and for the winter months, the bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating.
