A very light, fresh and comfortable duplex in the middle of picturesque village of Santa Luzia only 90 m from the water, and 2 km from Tavira. The proximity to the sea and beach life is noticeable, the sun shines on the terrace from ca. 10 in the morning, until beautiful sunset. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance and small genuine groceries stores. Santa Luzia has its own small fishing boat fleet and you can always catch fresh fish or squid, and it is safe and cozy.

Dating back to 1509, this was a home to a Cistercian order of nuns that has been restored by Eduardo Souto de Moura, a Pritzker Prize-wining Portuguese architect. Downtown, yet seemingly far from the madding crowds, this private condominium offers private parking, handsome gardens and two salt-water swimming pools. Our 2-bedroom apartment, stylishly appointed over three floors, enjoys splendid views over Tavira’s salt flats.

Based right in the heart of the Natural Park of Ria Formosa.  It embraces over 2 hectares on which was established the port city of Balsa under the Roman Empire in the first century BC. It is in this haven of peace full of history that you’ll enjoy a comfortable stay. B2 is a fully equipped villa (80 m²) which can accommodate 4 people and has a terrace with a view on the sea.

Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car.
