The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

There are very nice hiking trails, excellent star gastronomy, easy bike tours around the lake and the Achensee ski resort is also not far away (40 km).
