The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

Bright, cool gallery apartment with fantastic sea views and balcony. Lovingly furnished. Quietly located directly opposite the beautiful sandy beach. With large panoramic window and balcony across the entire width of the apartment. Up in the gallery, you can see the starry sky from the bed. Ceiling height at the bed 2.50 m, only gets a little lower at the cozy lounge corner.

The apartment consists of kitchen, bathroom and sleeping/living area, is fully equipped and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. No pets allowed! The apartment has a separate entrance. Enjoy a place right on the beach and "in the heart of Timmendorf" in our apartment and jump right into the water after an extensive breakfast, cycle along the coast or stroll through our town.
