My place is close to forest, meadows, pond, ice rink, ski lift, indoor pool with sauna. You'll love my place because of the coziness, wooden floors, Feng Shui bed 160 × 200, bathtub, shower. Our apartment (about 50 square meters) is located on the edge of the small village of Geschwend, in the Todtnau holiday region. Geschwend has about 450 inhabitants. The place is good for 2-4 people. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). Our quietly located and lovingly modernized farmhouse is embedded in a 4000 sqm large varied terrain, on which our horses also occasionally romp. The two apartments - ideal for two people each - are cleverly designed by hand. With lots of natural wood, to feel completely comfortable, they are bright and friendly. Our accommodation is very quiet on a small stream at the edge of the forest. 20 meters away is a wonderful cross-country ski trail. A hiking trail (Lebküchlerweg) leads directly past the house to the waterfalls. Approx. 1 km. Ideal for relaxing and forgetting about everyday life. For motorcycles or bicycles, you are welcome to use the garage. Another person can come on request.

Silva-Nigra chalet for 4 by the pond

The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, water insects, lawns of numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony towards the pond is available 65m² in 3.5 rooms. The 1000m west-facing property is sun-drenched. Towards the south, there is alpine views.
