Very nice accommodation, ideally located and quiet. 5 minutes from the zoo and at the foot of the castle and the Cher. Christine is very welcoming and gave us some very good recommendations on tours and shops. Saint Aignan is a very beautiful city. I recommend Christine's place.

Cozy house with garden – Near Beauval Zoo

The location to the Parc du Beauvald Zoo is easily accessible in about 20 minutes! This was also our goal to make a stop on the way home from Normandy and still visit the zoo. It is very rural and has also been described as such but within a short time you get the most necessary and everything is ok. We had some trouble with the heating and until we found out we had a little fresh, but it was also not warm weather and it rained. They are renovating and you can see that, I think when everything is ready, it is a true, affordable pearl in the countryside, for people on a smaller budget. There are various sights within an hour, which we unfortunately could not visit yet.

very nice stay at Virginia and Dany's. Very good welcome from the owners who are super nice and very available if we need anything. Virginia gave us a great welcome. The place is super clean, very cozy , we loved it and the kids too. the outside is very nice too. the accommodation is located 5 minutes from Beauval. Virginia's tips for visiting the Zoo served us a lot and allowed us to optimize the weather on the Zoo it was great. We thank Virginia and Dany for this very warm welcome and for their kindness. Our short stay in Mareuil-sur-Cher went wonderfully! A warm welcome from the couple as well as Bullie. The accommodation was totally in line with our expectations: clean, comfortable bedding, etc... Our 2.5-year-old son particularly appreciated being able to enjoy the games provided indoors and outdoors! Thank you and see you soon 🌼

So many words come to my mind as I write this review, but I think the two that describe it so well are idyllic and peaceful. We were so incredibly thrilled to book Martine’s home for our stay and only wish that we could have stayed longer. The bedrooms were large and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. We woke up to the sound of birds chirping, and the peacefulness of village life. Yet, even though it was a small village, they had so many amenities (Boulanger, Charcuterie, restaurants, markets, Patisserie) that were within walking distance from the home. After the hustle and bustle of Paris and Bordeaux, it was absolute heaven to be able to stay at their home in Rochecorbon. If I could, I would definitely give it more than five stars.

Julien's place is perfect, new and tastefully renovated. The decor, the living room with that huge barn space, everything makes you feel at home, plus everything is very clean. The land is very large, and there is a nice BBQ space and a beautiful table to be outside. We will definitely come back because it is also a strategic point to visit the castles of the Loire.

We thoroughly enjoyed Daphné’s beautiful home near the town of Amboise. There’s a peaceful yard with a view to the Loire river, and Daphné could not have been more pleasant and helpful getting us set up. The house had everything we needed, and the master bedroom in particular was very cool.

Our stay went perfectly well. Our 11-year-old children (and ourselves) loved the place, especially the outdoor structures with a very large pool in which they had a lot of fun. The place is very friendly, our hosts were very nice and very hospitable. Beautiful environment, the village is very friendly, for lovers of tranquility and authenticity. To discover! ps: we loved the pizzas offered by the owners of the village bar :-)
