The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Quiet and centrally located in Kammer/Traunstein between Lake Chiemsee and Lake Waging, close to the mountains, Salzburg is only about half an hour away. Relaxed living on 85 square meters with spacious dining kitchen, one large and one small bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a spacious living room. The balcony facing south and the small office with desk make the vacation home perfect.
