In ca. 10-15 min erreicht ihr den Flughafen Köln-Bonn und in 25 min das Kölner und Bonner Zentrum. Dieses Apartment liegt im Souterrain mit eigenem Eingang, verfügt über ein Doppelbett, 55-Flachbild-TV und einer Küchenzeile mit großem Esstisch. Außerdem verfügt ihr über kostenloses WIFI. The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In the rear part facing the garden are the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and living rooms have been recently renovated and newly furnished.

There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.
