Idyllic house in the field only 15 min drive from Torget

Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Wonderful rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 min. You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The accommodation is used by the host as a summer residence and a holiday home when it is not rented. Bed linens & towels included If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time this is for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

A gem by Hammervatnet on Åsen. An adventurous experience for 2 persons. The dome is 23 m2 with a window in the sky and front. Look at the stars and beyond the water from the bed. The dome stands on a 70 m2 flat with overhead over the water where there is access to a boat and fire pit shoe. The dome also has a toilet room. Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Welcome to our little paradise. Sommervang log cabin is a little slice of heaven right next to the nature park Estenstadmarka. Here you have many great opportunities for nature experiences like hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, cross country skiing and more. We are close to Trondheim (9 km) and Stjørdal/Værnes airport (30 km). The cabin is in a secluded place in the corner of our nature yard. Here you may be visited by moos and wake up to bird song. Truly an idyllic and tranquil place.

Recharge your batteries in this unique and quiet place, located right down by the fjord. Enjoy the view, take it easy, take a fishing trip, hike, go on a mushroom or berry ride, take "home office", go skiing, or play golf. Good sun conditions and amazing outdoor space Access to the sea. Short way into Trondheim city center (about 15-20 minutes by car). Great advantage by car. Few bus departures. The house sleeps 8, but it is possible to make up for a person on a mattress on the floor.
