Small and peaceful accommodation in a good location. The apartment is walking distance to most sights in the city such as Trondheim Spektrum, Trondheim Torg, Fortningen, Ravnkloa by boat to Munkholmen, Nidaros Cathedral, Bakklandet, Svartlamoen. Right next door are shops, restaurants, bars, concert stages, and the city's public transport hub. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. Free use of washing machine and dryer in laundry room attached to the apartment. Including bed linen and towels in the price.

Sjarmerende, rolig og sentralt beliggende ettroms leilighet i Ila. Den har alle fasiliteter samt en behagelig sovealkove, egen inngang fra hagen og mulighet for parkering rett utenfor. Det er gangavstand til sentrum, Trondheim Spektrum (ca 5 min), NTNU, ST. Olavs Hospital, Bymarka og god bussforbindelse til Granåsen. Nærhet til alt av kollektivtransport. Ila er en hyggelig bydel med parker, kafeer, gallerier, fine turområder, bakeri og dagligvarebutikker. Alt dette så og si rett utenfor døra.

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Bakklandet" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)
