Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

In einem Doppelbett und Schlafsofa. Natürlich sind auch frische Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Hygieneartikel für euch verfügbar. WiFi und ein Arbeitsplatz sind auch vorhanden. Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.

Tiny house in a secluded location between 2 ponds with boat

Come to this incomparable retreat in the middle of nature. We offer a small wooden house between our 2 ponds, on one of which there is a small rowing boat. In the cottage is a comfortable double bed, a seating area and the possibility to cook with a camping stove - but there is no electricity and no running water in the cottage. At the cottage is a small sink. Outside there is a barbecue area, hammock and seating. Bathroom for exclusive use is at the top of the farm.
