Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Our basement apartment in a beautiful green location with excellent connections to the city center, airport and trade fair can accommodate 4 to 5 people. The two bedrooms have large and cozy beds. The new elegant bathroom has an extra large shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils. All rooms have windows, which allows fresh air and plenty of light to enter the apartment.
