The apartment Seekitz is our apartment directly on the lake (350 m). Just outside the door, a variety of restaurants (Italians, Bavarian, Steakhouse, Burger and Co) awaits you, as well as the opportunity to walk on the shore path, to inquire by bike around the lake or area, as well as the climbing forest or the possibility to go by electric boat on the lake itself. (NO boat license required!) Bike cellar and underground parking space in the house.

Cute room with bathroom and view

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several unclean stairs, is located in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike tour, wedding or transit. You are in this cozy room with integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. TV is deliberately none. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Studio by the Lake Large private studio with terrace. 4 minute walk to the lake. The studio was intentionally designed to provide wide space for thought, reflection and movement. Oak floors in the living space and heated tile in the bathroom. Very quiet area with a peaceful view. There is a private terrace overlooking a meadow and the lake with a path, that leads you to the lake. Bathroom has a bathtub for two and separate shower.

Book our new 3 room flat (89sqm) with fully furnished and new high quality fitted kitchen. From the balcony you have an indirect view of the Ammersee and in only 4 minutes on foot you are already at the longest lake promenade in Germany. The S-Bahn (S8 Munich and airport) is a 15-minute walk away.
