You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. S-Bahn (Türkenfeld) 5 km away. Munich is about 25-30 minutes away by car.

Wir sind eine kleine Familie und vermieten im Souterrain unseres Wohnhauses eine kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung. Sie besteht aus einem Zimmer mit Koch-, Ess-, und Schlafbereich. Vom Schlafbereich aus geht es in ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Das Bett kann man ausziehen, sodass man zu zweit darin schlafen kann. Auf Wunsch können wir ein weiteres Bett zur Verfügung stellen. Der Fernseher ist mit Satellitenanschluss ausgestattet und alle Gäste bekommen einen Gastzugang ins W-LAN.
