The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Bellissima mansarda openspace con terrazza sul tetto con vista sulla baia mozzafiato, luminosissima e completamente nuova, oggetto veramente particolare nel suo genere. La casa si trova in posizione privilegiata sotto tutti gli aspetti, in contesto residenziale e tranquillo su strada privata a due minuti a piedi da due meravigliose spiagge e a 10 minuti a piedi dal paese e da tutti i servizi. E' fornita di tutti i comfort e dispone di parcheggio privato incluso all'interno della proprietà.

La terrazza sul porto

Il nostro appartamento si trova sul lungomare di Porto Azzurro: l'ampia finestra del soggiorno è un quadro che cambia di continuo a seconda delle ore del giorno, del vento, della stagione. Dall'inverno all'estate non ci si stanca mai di stare seduti sul balcone ad ammirare il mare: le barche che entrano in porto o che partono per il loro viaggio, le persone, i turisti, i pescatori.. dopo qualche giorno anche voi avrete imparato a riconoscerli e vi faranno compagnia nella vostra vacanza

La Casa al Mare, a Cavo d'Elba

L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 persone, e' composto da open space con terrazza affacciata sul lungomare, due camere e due bagni, si trova al primo piano e ha un ingresso indipendente. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale

La Torre è un appartamento unico, selezionato dalle riviste del settore travel in tutta Italia. Sulla Spiaggia ed in centro. Ha 2 camere (una matrimoniale ed una singola), un bagno, una cucina ed un soggiorno tutto vista mare. La terrazza è abitabile, con tavolo, sedie e zona relax con divanetti. La villa è ubicata poche decine di metri sopra la riva del mare, interamente ristrutturata nel 2019-20 ed arredata e corredata con grande raffinatezza e funzionalità; è situata nella baia di Pareti, sul versante occidentale di Capoliveri, uno dei più tipici e affascinanti borghi dell’Elba, che alla sera pullula di negozi e locali aperti sino a tardi, e che dista poco più di 2 km.
