The Domus Olea apartment is part of a Tuscan stone farmhouse that commands an enviable view over the Maremma. It takes its name from the magnificent restored oil mill, set into the marble plinth that has formed part of the floor for over a century. It will be an experience of relaxation and greenery, of sunsets over the sea on the horizon, amidst timeless architecture and a minimalist approach to space. Casa Anto, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The room cannot be darkened. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The house is accessed by an external staircase. The outdoor pergola is furnished with table and chairs/lounge chairs The beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has a garden, with lawn, reserved of approx. 200 square meters.
