The apartment has everything you need. It is an annex of Hotel Delfino, so the reception is from the hotel and you can use the restaurant at an extra cost. Parking in front of the front door and everything is very functional. Thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely be back.

During the stay, having taken advantage of Luigi's kitchen, which we discovered is a very good cook, we had the opportunity to make interesting conversations with him and his partner, who describing the area and recommending what to visit, made us understand how passionate they are about their work. Their knowledge made the trip even more enjoyable.

The place, as small as it might seem, was actually more than enough. The location 250 meters from the sea also allows those who do not have their own vehicles to go to the beach without problems; there is still a large parking lot. A cool house and, despite its location, even ventilated. Comfortable terrace/porch where you can eat comfortably in 6. Very good cleaning upon arrival and the same for sheets and towels. Very clear check-in and check-out procedures and also with the possibility of flexible schedules. Recommended accommodation for all ages (from very young to families)

Claudia’s place was beautiful, well equipped and in a fantastic location. Piombino itself is a lovely township with lots to offer. Would definitely recommend staying at Claudia’s apartment, it was excellent.

Great location, so much so that we never used the car in a week. House without air conditioning but not too hot. Small apartment but very suitable for a couple even with 1/2 children thanks above all to the large outdoor area very useful especially for meals.

This was an great stay ! Maria was very supportive. The house is very nice and has a lot of space. The location is by car 5 minutes from the next beach and 15 minutes away the an very nice Terme.

Apartment away from the road, very quiet, well equipped. The cooking gas had run out and they intervened in 15 minutes from the call. Fair price, lots of availability from the owner, person we found exquisite. Such a central location that we did not use the car from arrival to departure! 200 meters from the apartment begins a pine forest that accompanies you throughout the village of Marina di Cecina and up to 10 km of free beaches with paths totally in the shade of the pine forest, you are never in the sun as you walk… Unique, never seen before, highly recommended for families with children! The perfect vacation!

Absolutely great place, very relaxing, great people, and the best place if you have a dog

We stayed 2 weeks at this property with the whole family (2 adults and 3 children). We had a great time: the 2 hosts Stefano and Christian are always kind, present and available; top pool; well-maintained and functional accommodation; not far from the sea (10/20 min by car depending on the beach chosen); villages of Campiglia maritime very characteristic and with good culinary offer; close to very nice areas like Bolgheri; never suffered from the heat because in a well ventilated area and surrounded by greenery! Recommended!

We had a very nice vacation with our kids and the dogs. The house has everything you need and is very quiet about 10 minutes from the beach (by foot). Dogs are allowed on a leash on the beach. The house has everything needed and even more. We spent the hot days on the shaded terrace overlooking the sea. Thanks u so much!

We stayed for a couple of nights in this centrally located apartment in Piombino, taking advantage of its convenience for a hike to the nearby island of Montecristo. The size of the listing is real and fully reflects the description. The apartment is cozy and well-stocked, with everything you need: oil, salt, coffee, toilet paper, scottex. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Parking was easy and the landlady, Daisy, was kind and helpful. A great solution for those looking for convenience and comfort in the area.

We had an absolutely incredible stay Villa Gelsomina, the location is stunningly beautiful. The villa is charming, rustic but well equipped. Gelsomina is one half of a large villa. We were forunate that next door was not occupied in the week we stayed so it was very private. The villa is secluded in the woods and incredibly peaceful. Its approximately 5/10 minutes walk from the main resort area. The walk is through olive groves and mainly level, our two young kids managed it easily. The facilities in the main area were great, stunning large pool and much smaller kids pool (heated). To drive from Gelsomina to Gavarrano took approx. 5 mins. Gavarrano has bars, restaurants, a well stocked shop and a pizzeria. There was a great choice of beaches within 30 mins drive of the villa. Being a bit further out encouraged us to explore the options rather than going to the same one every day. The hosts on site were great, very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble.

from start to finish, a great stay! very warm and informative reception, everything well prepared and easy communication. the apartment itself fits exactly with description, the outdoor area is even more beautiful than in the photos. We loved the sun islands and loungers:-) the view of the sea of Castiglione della Pescaia is just as fantastic. We will be happy to come back. definitely pack: mosquito spray, you just need it in the region.
