Loved the property! Will come back and stay again when I visit family

Brett's place perfectly met our needs. It was a short walk to restaurants and venues in St. Paul. The unit was spotless, strong wifi, comfortable bed, fluffy towels and very secure. Brett was very responsive when I had questions. Setting up key/lock access was a little more involved than other places we have stayed, but once set up it was a breeze and we felt reassured and appreciated that the building took security very seriously. We stay in Saint Paul often and hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable stay, incredibly spacious unit, thoughtful furnishings, and wonderful amenities! No en-suite coffee despite coffee maker and filters in the kitchen, but a great alternative was the coffee machine in the lobby. Only one key fob, which was a bit inconvenient for 3 guests, but totally workable. Highly recommend, would absolutely love to stay here again!!

We had a great time at bowline. I appreciated the map of the floor, the clarity around amenities and the open shared spaces.

I loved this charming second-story unit. The decor is mostly vintage, which is part of why I was drawn to the place to begin with. But it’s always in such a great location; My husband and I rented a car but ended up just walking to all the spots around St. Paul we wanted to go. Asha was also a great host—kind, helpful, and quick to provide local recs. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The place was fantastic and our kids absolutely loved it. Kofi was an excellent host and extremely responsive even helping us in a jam with a left item when heading to the airport. I would highly recommend this house and host for any trip to Minneapolis.

Rachael was a great host, and the house was spacious and clean. Neighborhood felt very safe and was close to lots of little restaurants. My kids loved the game room. Would stay here again if we travel with a big group in the future.

This place worked great for our group of 12! We had plenty of room in the dining room to eat, and everyone had a place to sleep. It’s a beautiful old house with all the uniqueness of older buildings - our kids had fun opening doors and discovering new things. As the advisor of a group of kids, the creaking stairs made it easy to know when they were all waking up. I thought parking on Grand Avenue would be a nightmare but it was just fine. Crystal was amazing to work with and super cooperative - she was a dream to communicate with. I would recommend!

Booked this spot for our family & friends traveling to the area for my son’s wedding. The property is great. Decor is cozy and refreshing, with lots of natural light and many house plants. The kitchen is FULLY stocked- we could have baked cookies if we wanted. Lots of pantry staples, spices, even sweet treats and some drinks. I appreciated no overpowering plug-ins or room sprays, each room had a diffuser with lots of essential oil options. The only bummer was we didn’t have time to enjoy the soaking tub. We had 5 young adults staying and I heard multiple times “I love this house”. The bikes were used and my son said there’s lots of great, scenic trails nearby to enjoy. Overall, great space/place and would definitely stay again!

Jason’s home was perfect for my family of 7 to stay. The house has a lot of different rooms and spaces yet still feels open. I really appreciated the fenced in yard for my dog, the huge kitchen that was great for cooking, and the comfortable beds. I especially liked the view outside from the living room — it felt very private and secluded. Check out was a breeze, and the movie room was an added bonus! Jason was really responsive, and I would definitely recommend his home as a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable for our family of six adults and one child! We also prepared some food items for Easter and everything we needed was in the well stocked kitchen. It was sad that we didn’t get to use the bonfire area but the weather didn’t really cooperate! The outside area was amazing!! When in the area, I’d definitely stay here again!!

This was a great stay! The host was extremely proactive in her communication and very kind. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. We especially loved the jumbo UNO cards! Thanks for taking great care of your space. It was a wonderful time.

Had an excellent stay here reuniting with some friends. It's a perfect location on the water with easy access to Stillwater and Hudson and a short drive into the Twin Cities if you want to check out the city life. House is beautiful with awesome amenities and great outdoor access. Will definitely look to come back in the future!
