My accommodation is in the Eifel (Vulkaneifel) near the Nürburgring (7KM) and Cochem (Mosel). We love our house because of the generosity, the spaciousness and the outdoor space, the comfortable beds, the great fireplace, many hiking trails, the many places, the lovely furnishings and the cosiness. Many of our guests have already seen it that way! My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and large groups, motorcycle groups, hiking lovers.

Maarburg Cottage

After a long sleep, the house was lovingly brought back to life by us with a lot of manual work. How old our house is exactly, no one can say with certainty today. Only one thing is certain! It could tell us many exciting stories from the past. The charm of older houses is reflected in the partially low ceiling height, doors and the steep wooden staircase. Our cottage consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and guest toilet.

You actually have the opportunity to be together comfortably everywhere. If someone wants to withdraw, that's fine too. A super quiet location in the heart of idyllic Ulmen. In the immediate vicinity are the historic castle ruins and the youngest maar in the Eifel, which is a great place to relax in summer. Another highlight is the Maarstollen, which opened in 2023. With a length of 124 m, you can quickly walk from one maar to another and at the same time be in the middle of the volcano. Central location for the Nürburgring and Cochem.
