Guest apartment in the Unterallgäu

Check-in is possible via key safe. Parking right by the house, 15-minute drive to Allgäu Airport. The guest area on the 2nd floor comprises two double bedrooms - a small living room with small dining table and a shower room. NO KITCHEN, but fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishes (dishes do not have to be washed by guests). A kebab snack bar is open in the house from 11 am to 8 pm. 150 m away is a bakery where you can get coffee & fresh baked goods

The apartment is about 75 square meters and has 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room and a bathroom with daylight. If necessary, a children's travel bed and a high chair can be provided. Buxheim is a very nice recreational area with a swimming pond and forest ponds. Welcome to the beautiful city of Memmingen. Our apartment is in the best location, right in the city center. The main train station with direct connection to the airport is just a 3-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity is the pedestrian zone with numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Thanks to the good location and the good transport connections, we are perfectly located for excursions to Munich, Ulm, Lindau, Kempten and the Alps.

The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.
