Sawmill Eschachthal Apartment Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into a slumber for the last few decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion to a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old sawmill was preserved, especially by the refurbished exposed beams. The house is located at an altitude of 900 m, so the climate is a bit rougher, but still very sunny in summer. The location on the Eschach is special, which invites you to swim in the summer.

New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten.
