Smooth arrival, the apartment is equipped with everything you could ask for. Swimming pool and sauna in the basement were gladly used by the children in the evening. Gladly again...

We felt very comfortable. Everything we needed for a week's stay was there. The apartment was tastefully decorated and it was very quiet despite being close to the train station. Everything was within walking distance and we will definitely be back.

Wow, what a wonderful stay! The hosts were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They greeted us when we arrived, offered local recommendations and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The apartment (and entirely building) was wonderfully decorated and maintained. It felt very high end. The location of the apartment was less than a block from Lidl and two blocks from the ‘center’ of Garmisch, which made it very easy to walk to get groceries, coffee, dinner, etc. Most importantly, the views out of the dining room and off the porch were INCREDIBLE. We spent much more time in the apartment than we expected because it was just so lovely. We would absolutely return again and recommend this apartment to anyone!

Daniel is great host, very friendly and helpful. We had detailed instruction for every aspect from starting from check-in to using home aplliances. Apartment in good location, grocery market is very close, park and river nearby. Nice smart home solution intalled. Free parking on the street, but hard to find place. We had good stay :)

Super equipped apartment with everything you need. Incredibly friendly hosts - we have rarely experienced anything like this. Cozy beds, well-equipped kitchen and parking right in front of the door. Practical starting point for activities and due to the central location all shopping around the corner.

Great little apartment perfect for our stay. Unfortunately, the guest cards arrived too late so that we could only use the public transport to a limited extent. But it was not the fault of the landlord but that of Innsbruck Tourism... It would be better to come one day before arrival. Everything else was great !

The property is located on a side street and is less than 15-20 minutes from the city center. Alberto is a very friendly host. The apartment is very clean . We felt very comfortable. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom house! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to shops and amenities. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained — we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and spending evenings on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, great for cooking and gathering. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

We (my wife, 3 children 1,4,6, our dog and I) spent a week together with our best friends (couple with infant) in the Panorama Lodge and are still absolutely delighted. The space is simply gorgeous! The view through the "panoramic front" in the living room and from the terrace is incredible. But otherwise, the accommodation is very high quality, cozy,spacious and nicely decorated. Also, everything was very clean. The hosts Anja and Edi are warm and very nice. They also helped our friends with a flat tire, which was extra nice. If we go to the region again, we will definitely check the availability of the Panorama Lodge first.

we had a great time and a very relaxed long family weekend in Manuel's beautiful old farmhouse. It has everything you need and with 6 people enough space to feel comfortable. Manuel and Verena are incredibly nice and open people who take care of everything with a lot of love and joy. The animals next door and the view, you don't need much more. We'll be back 😊☀️

We stayed two nights at Rü's place. Everyone was super satisfied, it was very clean, well-equipped kitchen and the well-kept property with water access was excellent for quick cooling. I'm sure we weren't there last time.

We had a wonderful time over Easter. Lechbruck am See offers a lot of opportunities for activities directly on site. Shopping is sufficiently available. In the area, many attractions can be reached quickly by car. We felt very comfortable in the cottage. Everything you need is available. Our kids had their own space upstairs. Everything is very nice and neatly decorated. The hosts Kristin & Gerry were very nice, in general all were very warm and always friendly. We felt very comfortable. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. We will be happy to come back ;)

Previous reviews do not adequately capture the excellence of this establishment. It is truly remarkable. Several notable aspects not mentioned in other reviews include: 1. The bathroom is exceptional, boasting beautiful aesthetics, impressive water pressure, and a washer and dryer that surpass any we've encountered in Europe. 2. The bedrooms are surprisingly equal in terms of amenities, despite one having a terrace and another having a TV, making room selection a relatively effortless process. 3. The hosts demonstrate exceptional responsiveness before, during, and after our stay. 4. A convenient door separates the living area from the bedrooms, featuring a large window that allows for visibility while minimizing noise disturbance. 5. When using the toilet in the smaller bathroom, it is advisable to utilize the courtesy flush option. 6. According to a local acquaintance, these condos are valued at over one million dollars and are situated in one of the wealthiest areas of town!

Thanks very much Lisa and Julian. We loved staying with you. The house is absolutely perfect! Totally cozy, super new, extremely clean (and I really have a mold about this) and very nicely decorated. We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. The cleanest apartment that has ever found. The entire apartment is designed with a lot of love for detail - you can tell that the apartment is very important to the landlord, Thomas. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils. As a family with two small children, we didn't miss anything. Since it is separated with a fence, we were able to let our children roll around outside without hesitation. The apartment is very suitable as a starting point to explore the Allgäu and Lake Constance. In the village itself, the "robber Kasimir" hiking trail is highly recommended for children - a fantastic adventure trail with puzzles and play opportunities for children. We had a great time in Dagmar and Burkhard's apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and the apartment is very nice and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is very quiet and it is still only a 2-minute walk to the train station and the lake. Fully recommended.

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break

Loved our stay here while in Munich. This apartment comfortably kept the 5 of us. The location can’t be beat, walkable to Marienplatz with many delicious restaurants on the street below. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to stretch out.
