Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Experience the traditional way of life up close in our cosy two-room apartment, which brings together the styles of the region. The large window facade lets in plenty of light and offers a magnificent view of the Hochplatte, the Grassauer Hausberg and, further afield, into Tyrol to the Wilder Kaiser! The large, covered balcony with lounge furniture invites you to while away the time. After a long mountain hike or a ski tour, you can enjoy a relaxing break in the swimming pool or sauna.

Vacation home for 1-7 people, 3 bedrooms, 100 m²

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

A little time out

Wunderschöne moderne 62 Quadratmeter große Ferienwohnung im Herzen des malerischen Ortes Unterwössen. Modern ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle und Herd. Eine kleine Terrasse, auf die sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne scheint, mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Holzkohlengrill steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

Our refuge, embraced by majestic mountains, right on the lake and with its own house and lake access, lets you immerse yourself in a magical time. Winter magic in 15 minutes at the Steinplatte, a ski room. In summer: jump into the lake directly on the property before breakfast and then off to the mountains – whether on foot or by bike. Welcome to your personal paradise!

The Stierschneiderhof can accommodate up to 10 guests: With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with dining area and two balconies with mountain views. In the old barn with about 300 m², the outdoor living room with a cozy sofa awaits you, as well as games such as billiards, table tennis, foosball and darts. For younger children, we have a play area in the barn with a ball pool, slide, climbing wall, activity board and wooden toys.

Unterwössen - Stylish attic apartment with a dream view

Together with my brother Georg, I rent our spacious attic apartment in Chiemgau. It has an invitingly large living room with large panoramic glazing and stylish and high-quality furnishings. There are two cozy bedrooms with a sloping roof. With the window open, you can hear the stream flowing past the house. The large balcony with comfortable seating furniture offers a fantastic view of the Chiemgau Alps: a beautiful apartment - in summer and winter.

My chalet

My place is close to mountains and meadows. Salzburg and Munich are not far away.. You'll love my place because of the scent of pine wood - because of the fantastic view - because of the wine cellar - because of the gourmet kitchen - because of the heatable wood tub - because of the beautiful garden - because of the many loving details. My place is nice for families - dog lovers - hobby chefs - golfers - wellness - nature lover.................

Ein kleiner Eingang öffnet sich zu diesem modernen und neu eingerichteten Einzelzimmer. Das Zimmer erstreckt sich über 15 m² und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf eine malerische Bergkulisse. Der Bereich verfügt auch über einen Fernseher und einen Schreibtisch mit einem gemütlichen Sessel für Gäste, die einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit der Firma oder ein gutes Buch genießen oder ein wenig Arbeit erledigen möchten.
