NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Wunderschöne moderne 62 Quadratmeter große Ferienwohnung im Herzen des malerischen Ortes Unterwössen. Modern ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle und Herd. Eine kleine Terrasse, auf die sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne scheint, mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Holzkohlengrill steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

Our retreat, embraced by majestic mountains, right on the lake and with its own house and lake access, lets you immerse yourself in a magical time. Winter magic in 15 minutes at the stone slab, a ski room. In summer: Jump into the lake directly on the property before breakfast and then off into the mountains – whether on foot or by bike. Welcome to your personal paradise!

Vacation home for 1-7 people, 3 bedrooms, 100 m²

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the full wood doors, were restored and reused. With lots of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created, reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair use and the disabled. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

Unterwössen - Stylish attic apartment with a dream view

Together with my brother Georg, I rent our spacious attic apartment in Chiemgau. It has an invitingly large living room with large panoramic glazing and stylish and high-quality furnishings. There are two cozy bedrooms with a sloping roof. With the window open, you can hear the stream flowing past the house. The large balcony with comfortable seating furniture offers a fantastic view of the Chiemgau Alps: a beautiful apartment - in summer and winter.

Alpine Chalet w/ Garden, Firepit & Stunning Views

Experience the charm of rural Tyrol and unwind in this peaceful, detached cabin with a garden terrace and all the comforts you need for a cozy stay. Lovingly renovated in 2024 with wooden floors and ceilings, and custom-made Swiss pine (Zirbenholz) beds that offer both authentic character and a touch of luxury. Enjoy the view from the terrace until the last rays of sunshine, then light a fire, curl up on the sofa, and relax with a movie on Netflix.

Bright Room with Mountain View in Bründlsberggasse

This bright and airy single room extends over 15 square metres and fits one person. The Bavarian-style space includes a comfortable single bed, a modern bathroom with shower, a spacious wardrobe and a window that looks out onto a relaxing nature view. For guests who want to plan out their nature retreat in Unterwössen or do some reading while taking in the mountain views, the room also comes with a desk, a TV and a comfy chair.

Mountain chalet: hunter's apartment with fireplace

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.

At the owner's location

This charming place offers you everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the Bavarian Alpine foothills for two adults. The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals yourself. In the living area, the sofa bed sleeps one more person. The location of the apartment is ideal for both summer and winter sports. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.

Modern apartment in the Chiemgau Alps

Completely renovated in January 2019, the modern basement apartment is located in Oberwössen in the beautiful Chiemgau Alps. With its attention to detail, it invites you to relax after strenuous mountain tours or days of skiing. A wide variety of leisure activities such as cross-country skiing, cycling or mountain hiking can be enjoyed directly from here.

Vacation home in Staudach Mountain view Hochgern

Our apartment in the attic with two balconies gives you the opportunity to look into the mountains or towards the sunset. The sloping ceilings give the apartment a, as we put it, 'griabi' charm, but still watch your head ;) Since the apartment is located in the attic, climbing stairs over 3 floors is required.
