Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. Together with my brother Georg, I rent our spacious attic apartment in Chiemgau. It has an invitingly large living room with large panoramic glazing and stylish and high-quality furnishings. There are two cozy bedrooms with a sloping roof. With the window open, you can hear the stream flowing past the house. Summer apartment - with a view of the countryside

Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.
