Family-friendly cottage in the most beautiful hiking area! Our small Einödhof is located in the most beautiful valley of the Bavarian Forest, hidden on the mountain slope in the forest and only accessible via a forest path. Our visitors enjoy the tranquility and naturalness of the place and the coziness of their holiday home. In front of the log cabin there is a sheltered sitting area with sandpit and campfire area. A few meters away there is a small mountain pond. Bathing is allowed, but the water is ice cold.

The mountain hut was built using regional craftsmanship from local spruce trunks, in the Canadian log cabin style. The house is individually and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. Our own Starlink system provides you with high-speed internet. Bringing pets is possible by arrangement. Spa tax Adults (> 16 years) 2.30 EUR / day Children & young people (6 – 16 years) 1.40 / day People with a GDB of 80% or more and their accompanying person are exempt from the spa tax.

Mountain cabin on the Grandsberg

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the accommodation. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with a lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can follow a stream to the peaks. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

The cabin was planned over years of loving work and built using regional craftsmanship. These are “natural log houses” that have retained their natural shape during construction using regional trees to give it its very special charm. A truly sustainable project.

Cottage in a quiet location, Gästehaus Meier (Eschlkam)

Our vacation cabin offers simple relaxation for 2 people with a double bed. On request there is space for a folding bed or crib. The fully equipped kitchen includes crockery, cutlery, pots, hob and fridge. A WC is available, the shower is in the adjoining house. Additional: TV/SAT, dining area and terrace. Please note: The hut is unheated and not air-conditioned, therefore weather-dependent booking.
