Excellent apartment, well located, clean, entry and departure super easy, highly recommended. Just as seen in the photos. Everything was super good.

The property very well, with all amenities, as shown in the photos. Shirlei very friendly and communicative, pending our stay. The area still shows the effects of the recent flooding, she accurately commented on how the area was, including photos. It did not affect our stay as taxis arrive without a problem and there is a supermarket very close. If traveling with babies please note that they need a taxi with a baby chair and since there is not much availability they should ask for the taxi well in advance.

Fantastic location right at the beach with lots of restaurants around. There is a public parking place nearby which was very handy. Apartment was big enough for 5 adults and 2 children. Overall very convenient and good place to stay. The lack of air conditioning can be felt on a humid day and can be improved.

The place was very spacious, comfortable beds and a large living room. Private parking on premises. The only downside was the worse kitchen equipment. but overall a very pleasant stay.

Very happy with the deal and with the house, everything was great and just what we were looking for. If we return to the area, we will not hesitate to choose said house again.

We spent a few days in Cofrentes in Juan's house, it's great, it's very original! It has a very nice view of the mountain and if you have children they will have a great time with some games, books, etc. Juan was attentive to us, he helped us at all times 😊 and resolved some last minute unexpected in minutes. Thank you very much!

We enjoyed our time in Casas Bajas a lot! The apartment really has EVERYTHING you might need! If you come during a cold season maybe bring some warm socks. Carmen was a great host :)

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

Very nice and comfortable house for a large group - comfortably accommodated and used two families of 4 people. Although we were the first guests in the winter, the house was very clean, the heaters offered were very comfortable. The house has everything you need for cooking - including paella and barbecue. The house is good for families with small children. We were not able to clean up the pool due to the season, but even in winter it was functioning. Very good location of the house - close to the coastline, there are bars and shops nearby. I want to come back to this house again!

Wonderful stay in Oliva Nova.A newly renovated house, beautiful and very comfortable, with ducted air conditioning in all rooms. The great outdoor area with a porch , garden and pool which we have fully enjoyed. Very close to the beach and an express carrefour. Very quiet area with little atmosphere but we didn't mind. Worse , the amount of mosquitoes in the area, but based on repellente we have coped it well. . Always helpful and friendly hosts. In short, a super recommended place, to repeat 👌

Nice place to spend time. The locations is good for climbingtrip. Marina was very helpful and intructions about the house and the climbing places were good.

Our stay at Sebastian's went very well. The accommodation is functional and modern, located in a quiet and family-friendly area (close to a national) Very close pools, convenient with children, and beach 10 minutes away by car. Very nice welcome from Sebastian who was very friendly.

The location of the estate of which this apartment is part of is fantastic. You overlook the Murta valley, the orange and avocado plantations, the mountains beyond and even in the distance the sea. There are seats everywhere to enjoy this spectacular view. The beautiful large swimming pool was too cold for us, in February. But we did enjoy the sun, lying on one of the sunbeds. The grounds look very tasteful and well cared for with palm trees, cypresses, oleanders. We were allowed to eat from the oranges and avocados from the orchard and the eggs of the free range chickens. Glenn and Paola manage the daily maintenance and see it as their job to do everything to make us feel comfortable. Simon, who came across for a weekend, also made us feel very welcome. In short, if you want to feel like a God on vacation in Spain: go to Finca Arbona!

Great Host! Great Location! Great value for Money! I really enjoyed my stay at Carmen’s apartment. Carmen is a really nice and helpful person and very easy to get along with. The room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony as well! Plenty of room in the fridge. It also felt like I had my own private bathroom. Many different stores, supermarkets and restaurants close by, all in walking distance. Multiple busstops close by that will take you to all the different locations in Valencia and back home! Close to the beaches of Malvarossa and Patacona, within a 5 minutes walk I could be on the beach! Bike rental within a 3 minutes walk. An option to rent a Valenbisi City Bike close by too. There’s an outdoor calesthenics gym just around the corner. If you’d like to stay close to the beach, experience how local people live and to be well connected to the rest of the city this is the place for you! One thing I shouldn’t forget, Carmen has the sweetest dog you could ever meet! Gracias!

Very friendly and attentive host both at the front desk and at the farewell, as well as in the requests we requested. Flawless accommodation, it corresponded with what was advertised and tourist area for a family vacation. We definitely recommend it 100%.
