Located on the ground floor (first floor in the U.S.), the room has a SPACIOUS AND NICE TERRACE. Our space is a typically Valencian old house, restored and transformed into four apartments: -Two on the ground floor (first floor in USA): A and B, with their corresponding terraces. -Two on the first floor (second floor in USA): C, with a large terrace as well, and D, with a nice balcony, BOTH OF THEM (C AND D) ARE ACCESSED THROUGH STAIRS. The apartments are OPEN PLAN, and consist of several areas, a little more secluded, the double bed area, then the kitchen and office area, and then the living room area with a large sofa bed and TV, which opens onto the large terrace or the balcony. We hope you have a great stay!

Fully renovated one-bedroom apartment. Spacious living room with TV and a sofa-bed which accommodates 2 people. Access to balcony from living room. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils needed. The apartment is located next to Plaza de la Virgen and Cathedral in a very quiet street but very close to touristic places, restaurants and bars. I will be available 24/7 to help you in anything you need. If you need any reservation or something that requires Spanish I can do it The apartment is located in the Historical Centre of Valencia, markets, coffee places and restaurants at walking distance.

Apartamento espectacular con mucho encanto para que disfrutes con los tuyos. Las calidades son del máximo nivel, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y todos los electrodomésticos. Todos los espacios son muy amplios, lo mejor es la terraza para relajarse, tomar el sol o comer al aire libre. Esta muy bien comunicado, céntrico, en el barrio de moda de Ruzafa, rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes, cercano a los sitios emblemáticos de la ciudad, ¡es una ubicación ideal!

Se encuentra en una calle tranquila a 2 min a pie de la playa a 5 min del puerto deportivo y justo al lado de paradas de transporte publico (tranvía, bus) que conecta con el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto.
