The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

A fully independent guest house on a large property. At the foot of Montgo Natural Park. 2 km from the town of Javea, 4 km from La Sella golf, 8 km from Dénia, 3 km from the town of Jesús pobre. 15 minutes by car to beautiful beaches and coves. You can take wonderful walks through the Mediterranean forest and find beautiful views of the valley. Very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a wide range of leisure, hiking, golf, beaches, mountains, and typical street markets in the area.

Little House with Garden near "Arenal" Beach

Next to the Arenal Beach, the surroundings are very pleasant, ideal for strolling around the natural park of El Clot or The Marina. The Desierto de Las Palmas and the Maestrazgo offer the possibility to enjoy the mountains in just under half hour´s drive. Valencia and Peñíscola are also less than 1 hour, and Castellón and Villarreal are both 15 minutes. You will enjoy a very cozy home. Ideal for couples with or without children, groups of up to 3 or 4 friends, all welcome.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Private detached villa. Brand new, this house is thought out and designed for the best comfort and with all the details of the highest quality, very well decorated with a covered terrace, outdoor kitchen, barbecue, swimming pool with jacuzzi and private parking. It is a very cozy, independent studio, rural style, close to the sea and with all the amenities. Private entrance with bathroom, bedroom (cold/hot air) and living room (fridge, microwave and coffee maker). Outdoor area with parking, terrace, garden and barbecue. On the farm there are 3 friendly cats and a small organic orchard. Located 50 meters from the sea, next to the promenade of the marine reserve, a place with a lot of charm and tranquility.

What makes Javea Apartments unique is that our 4 apartments are completely independent from each other and from the main house. Also by the fact that each apartment has a private terrace and a private entrance and exit and there is a maximum of 10 guests on the property at the same time. Our apartments have a direct view over Javea and the sea. The complex also has a spacious pool area, which can be shared by our guests.

The main house where the owners live is located next to the guest house, on a fully fenced plot, although both houses have total independence and privacy.

Places of interest: Our house is located in a mountain and countryside setting. Two kilometers from Gandía with its cultural offerings and services, and a five-minute drive from its beaches. Valencia, a fifty-minute drive away, is always a recommended visit for our guests. Also attractive is a visit to Dénia and its rocky beaches or Xátiva and its castle, both towns about thirty minutes by car.
