What a wonderful week we had and WHAT A VIEW!!! Relaxing, comfy, spotless and well equipped. Great location too. A parking space is an absolute bonus, especially if you come here in the summer when it’s very busy!! Check in and communication were excellent.

Perfect place right in the centre of Jávea/Xabia. As long as you don’t mind sharing 😊

Sehr empfehlenswert. Auch wenn die Unterkunft nicht ganz zentral in der Stadt liegt, ist diese mit dem Nahverkehr sehr gut zu erreichen. Pool und Fitnessraum, großes Loft, Küche inkl. Zubehör, Balkon, einfach ein Traum!

Parfait pour notre petite escale sur la route, le logement était très propre, la possibilité de prendre une nuit très pratique, l’accueil parfait et le fait de pouvoir profiter de la piscine est un gros point positif. Merci beaucoup.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Fantastisch huis, geweldige service en zeer vriendelijke host. Duidelijke instructies zowel digitaal als op papier aanwezig. Op de dag van vertrek konden we in overleg later uitchecken waardoor onze kinderen nog even heerlijk hebben kunnen slapen. Bij vragen wordt er direct en vriendelijk gereageerd. Kortom, een fantastisch verblijf gehad, ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

El alojamiento en general está muy completo pero la información en la descripción no es muy correcta ya que es solo la planta baja, de todas formas el alojamiento es bastante grande y acogedor y la ubicación bastante apartada y con buenas vistas

Tamara made us feel welcome via text before we even arrived. She was these to greet us and always responsive when we needed to ask anything. The place was perfect and exactly as the listing. Lots of special touches and totally private and tranquil. Would highly recommend staying here, great location, value and home from home ❤️

En todo momento estuvo super atenta a nuestras peticiones , y la casa un gran sitio donde pasar unos días con la familia y amigos , dispones de muchas cosas y el pueblo en coche o incluso andando está cerca

Je recommande le logement de Nico sans hésitation. Calme, propre, fonctionnel, bonne literie. Sans doute facile de se garer dans la rue mais pas les jours de fallas, fête pendant laquelle beaucoup d'interdiction de stationner alentours. Mercadona proche (5min à pied). Artère principale avec commerces notamment excellentes boulangeries pour le petit déjeuner (8min à pied). Le métro est hors service à cause de la DANA, mais navette de bus direct et gratuite mise en place (sur le rond point derrière la station de métro); elle nous amène en 10min au métro Safranar; de là on est à 5min du centre de Valencia. De 6h à 22h30, départ toutes les 10min.

Pasamos unos días en familia fantásticos! La casa tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte agusto y Katharina es muy amable y hospitalaria. Sin duda volveremos a repetir. La piscina súper bien para niños!

We hebben hier een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het appartement is nog beter dan de foto's en beschrijving doen voorkomen. Super appartement met een nog prachtiger (uitzicht vanaf het) dakterras. Het appartement was schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. De keuken is ook goed uitgerust. Ondanks dat beide slaapkamers boven drukke terrassen zitten, is er niet veel geluidsoverlast als je de ramen dicht doet. Kortom: aanrader!
