Loft holiday rentals in Valencian Community

The location of the apartment is right where you want to be. Lots of adorable little bars, restaurants and even a little fruit stand just 50 feet away! Plus the big Ruzafa Mercado is down the street. The inside of the apartment is so chic. Black, gray, stainless and a kick of fuchsia. The patio is comfortable and a great place for coffee or glass of wine. Great hot water and water pressure too. Loved it and would like to come back!!!! Alicia was gracious enough to go to the visitors center and get Easter weekend festivities info for us. She stopped by for a quick “hello” and run-through of where things are, washer/dryer operation, etc. Really nice host and apartment.

Dejlig rummelig lejlighed som ligger tæt på byens centrum men i en rolig sidegade. Vi kunne ikke have ønsket en bedre base for vores ferie. Pilar var sød og hjalp med at booke en taxa til lufthavnen da vi skulle med et tidligt fly hjem.

O apartamento é excelente. A decoração, o ambiente, tudo é muito bonito! Passamos dias espetaculares. A localização é perfeita para explorar Valência a pé e se quiser, de transporte também! Carlos é super simpático! Nos recebeu na chegada e compartilhou muitas informações necessárias para a nossa estadia. A comunicação durante todo o tempo foi excelente. Respondia rapidamente a tudo. Ótima escolha para ficar em Valência e com certeza retornaremos!

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

The apartment was perfect for our trip. Great location for walking or cycling everywhere in the city (we didn’t get on the metro once!). Easy to get to from the airport. Perfect size for 2 people, clean, quiet, wonderful. Thank you!

Excellent apartment. Very easy to reach. Great welcome from Jorge’s father. Apartment exactly as advertised. Only thing to note is that it is just off a main road, the Gran Via Ferran el Católico, and there is quite a lot of road noise, but hey, you’re in the middle of a vibrant city.

The loft was great. It was clean and welcoming. Rosa (and her mother) were superb hosts. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation. The neighborhood is a great place to stay in Valencia, especially during easter week, as there are lots of interesting processions happening. All main sights and the historic city center are easy to reach via bus, or Uber. Many great restaurants and the beach are within a few minutes by foot, Rosa gave us some recommendations.

Sehr gute Unterkunft alles war wie beschrieben . Angel hat schnell geantwortet und immer wenn es Fragen hat geholfen . Ebenfalls konnten wir sogar früher als geplant einchecken . Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft man kann sie nur empfehlen

아주 깨끗하고 현대적인 새아파트라서 머물면 기분좋아지는숙 입니다. 시내에 위치해있고 바로 앞에 큰 공원이 있습니다. 도보로 10분이내에 구시가지 관광지에 접근할 수 있어 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

We thoroughly enjoyed Mila and Isidro's AirBnB. The place was as described, very clean and with all amenities you could hope for. The bed was very comfortable too, and the location couldn't have been better. We also appreciated being able to directly meet and talk to Mila and Isidro, instead of having a self check-in without meeting the hosts. Definitely recommend!

The appartment is located very conviniently (metro station is about 5-7 min to walk). It is quiet and warm (we were been here in April, when the outside temperature could be unstable, but it was absolutely comfortable inside). No issues with hot water and shower but the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Small issues with the kitchen equipment - table knives only are available, so if you need to cut a bread or cheese it would be a little bit more complicated, but not a big deal of course:)) The owner is very responsive and always ready to help. In general -very good place to stay, we do reccomend!

Carmen was super helpful and her place is large, clean, well-equipped and homey. She made us feel like it was our place! The jacuzzi tub was welcome after days of sight seeing.

L’appartamento di Davide è un loft a due piani molto elegante e moderno in cui non manca davvero niente. Cucina super accessoriata, bagno con tutto quello che serve e una camera da letto super spaziosa nel soppalco. Davide è stato gentile e operativo e ci ha anche lasciato la possibilità di fare il check out piu’ tardi. La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima, praticamente a pochi metri dal parco del turia e molto vicino al centro. E non solo a piedi si può arrivare sia alla zona del porto che alla città dell’arte e della scienza. Che dire esperienza ottima in tutti i sensi. Consigliato e noi torneremo. Grazie Davide 🙏

Recomiendo mucho este loft. Hemos estado muy cómodos y relación calidad-precio perfecto. Es bastante espacioso y está bien comunicado con los buses a solo un par de calles. Manuela estuvo atenta.

Victor fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de que tenga todo, muy atento en todo momento tienes una habitación y servicios por no tan alto precio. ideal para pasar unos días visitando lugares y tener un lugar para descansar.
