Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

The attic apartment is in a single-family house in a traffic-calmed area. Various shopping opportunities but also restaurants are available nearby. The apartment has a working area in the bedroom. Internet (100MBit/sec)/WiFi and printer are included. It is suitable for trade fair guests because of the proximity to the Düsseldorf and Essen trade fairs (about 25 km away), but also for commuters. Lockable garage for two wheels is available. No pets.

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with its own bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

Apartment with a view

Take a break, go hiking, cycling or explore the Langenberger Altstadt (Velbert) on foot. Are you planning to attend trade fairs in Düsseldorf or Essen? This and much more is possible with this quiet attic apartment as a starting point. You have a loft apartment (approx. 60 m2) in a semi-detached house all to yourself. We are also happy to welcome you in person, but we regularly offer check-in via the key box.
